Along with the recently completed addition of ITM drive-up kiosks, Alabama ONE’s Northport branch is wrapping up it’s recent interior renovation and is fully open to employees and members. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is enthusiastic regarding the prototype installations of the exterior ITMs, vibrant interior color palette, interactive technology, and pods at the updated 3,640+ square foot branch on McFarland Boulevard in Northport, Alabama.

CCB Community Bank of Andalusia, Alabama has selected CBI as their Design and Interiors partner for the renovation of a 7,650 square foot building to serve as their Mortgage Executive and Administration location. Near their current Main Campus, the project design will provide office, meeting, training, and support spaces for enhanced executive and team member delivery of mortgage services. The total project scope includes interior design, finish selections, new furniture, and updated shade systems. Launched in 1947, CCB Community Bank expanded from Andalusia into locations in Opp AL, Crestview FL, Niceville FL, and DeFuniak Springs, FL with future plans to open in other markets offering more locations and more convenience.

Originally chartered in 1961, Neighbors United Federal Credit Union has gone through consistent growth and a few name changes. In 2013, the charter changed from State to Federal, to further echo its service abilities and tagline, “Member Owned, Neighbor Friendly.” Neighbors United FCU has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. to design, build, and furnish a new prototype branch located in Saluda, South Carolina.

The new branch will utilize timeless furnishings, fresh marketing and digital displays, integrated TCRs, easily accessible ATMs. The unique exterior design of this 1,895 square foot, free-standing branch will incorporate transitional design elements to maximize visibility and marketing opportunities. The efficient design lowers construction cost, while the addition of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on investment. Ultimately the long-term goal is to incorporate some of the newer design and finish elements of the Saluda branch at Neighbors United’s existing branches. We look forward to collaborating again.

The have collaborated with the credit union on previous projects and it is good to be working together again. Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. again to design and renovate the interior of their Main Office Lobby and Teller line in consolidating employee talent to better serve members. The design incorporates two new offices, a 4-person teller line with TCRs, and echoes the flooring, paint, and color scheme used at previous CBI | Bragg Mutual FCU collaborations. Much success and continued growth for Bragg Mutual FCU.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. has been selected by FiCare Federal Credit Union redesign and renovate an existing financial building as the new headquarters of the Credit Union’s Main Office with integral branch. The new location is on Silver Maple Parkway near the I-75 / SR 56 interchange with exceptional visibility and access for members and employees alike.

Member-owned since its founding as St. Joseph’s Hospital Credit Union 1960, the credit union was rebranded in 2018 as FiCare FCU. They are the credit union tailor-made for healthcare professionals and expanded their field of membership in 2021 to serve all healthcare employees throughout Florida.

The current project scope includes Teller pod and drive thru upgrades, interior wall and spatial rework, painting, flooring, new furniture and millwork, exterior roof and finish updates, and banking equipment upgrades. We look forward to the collaborative efforts and a long lasting relationship with FiCare FCU, their continued growth and member satisfaction.

Neighbors United has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to renovate the branch inside their Birchtree Drive Main Office in Greenwood, SC. The interior build out will incorporate new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork and integrated TCR technology. New office furniture, an updated Breakroom, and member tech bar will round out this renovation. Work will begin in late summer. CBI is honored to be working with Neighbors United FCU again.
