Consultants and Builders recently completed the final renovation details at the ACU branch on Warner Bros. Discovery campus near Georgia Tech. Currently sited at ‘The Mansion’ where Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS) originally launched the Cable News Network (CNN) in 1980 and Ted Turner lived, ACU’s new prototype fully illustrates the vision of their new micro-branch. Although staffed with Universal Teller employees during open hours, the microbranch itself will be open 24 hours | 7 days a week with the inclusion of an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), touch screen account and information access, and other member interactive services. The branch includes a teller pod, member accessible office space, employee workspace, refreshment bar, technology bar, and dynamic marketing displays. CBI designers worked in concert with method-1 Branded Interiors and ACU executives to create this engaging space for employees and members.

Consultants and Builders is delighted to be a continued partner in ACU’s branding and growth process for this branch prototype and many recent projects.

Upstate Federal Credit Union based in Anderson, SC and Consultants and Builders, Inc. have begun the final Construction Document stage for a new prototype branch located in Pendleton, SC.

We are inspired by the continued progress, design collaboration, and partnership with Upstate FCU and look forward to the groundbreaking this year for a 2024 grand opening.

Greenwood, South Carolina based Neighbors United FCU is furthering the design/build process with Consultants and Builders, Inc. regarding the prototype design of their new branch in Saluda, SC. CBI designers are again collaborating with the credit union to promote a more encompassing engagement with members and the greater Saluda community.

We are excited to be working with Neighbors United FCU once more and look forward to further collaborations on this branch and their Greenwood Main Office Branch renovation.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. has been selected by a Private LLC to design and renovate an existing multifloored financial building as their new headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. Only minutes from Interstate 85, Gas South Arena, and Gwinnett Place Mall, the location is right off Sugarloaf Parkway with exceptional visibility and access for employees and clients alike.

The current project scope includes programming for new office space, conference and huddle rooms, executive support, workstation teams, as well as a Master Plan for building additions and executives suites as company growth continues. Other pursuits will include interior finish upgrades, interior wall and spatial rework, painting, flooring, new furniture and millwork. We look forward to the collaborative efforts and a long lasting relationship with the Executive Team.

Moultrie Bank & Trust’s new Main Office and Branch in Moultrie, Georgia is making great construction progress as the trusses go up defining the true structure. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is excited for the continued collaboration with Moultrie Band & Trust on the 9,100+ square foot facility being created on North Veterans Parkway. The location is convenient to customers and employees alike and ultimately benefits the community as a whole.

Along with the recently completed addition of ITM drive-up kiosks, Alabama ONE’s Northport branch is wrapping up it’s recent interior renovation and is fully open to employees and members. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is enthusiastic regarding the prototype installations of the exterior ITMs, vibrant interior color palette, interactive technology, and pods at the updated 3,640+ square foot branch on McFarland Boulevard in Northport, Alabama.
