Consultants and Builders is proud to share MyGeorgia Credit Union’s recently held, and widely anticipated ribbon cutting for the Grand Opening of their branch in Clayton at 122 Plaza Way in the Covered Bridge Shopping Center on Highway 441.
The first speaker of the event was Rick Story, Director of Development at Rabun County Board of Commissioners, who praised the branch design and location and most importantly the Credit Union’s 11 years of dedication to the City of Clayton and serving members for generations to come.
MyGeorgia CU’s VP of Member Services, Jessi Rothell, then shared the services MyGeorgia provides for members and the ease of accessibility at the new location. She closed in thanking all that collaborated on the project and the vision of the credit union community as a whole.
MyGeorgia also displayed the finalists of its first student Art Competition held at Rabun County High School. The students were asked to paint land marks of Rabun County, showcasing their creativity and love for their hometown. Their artwork will be displayed at the branch throughout the year.
CBI appreciates the continued collaboration with MyGeorgia CU on the new Clayton Branch, their upcoming Gainesville Branch, and future projects to come.
Consultants and Builders, Inc. has started the second 2024 retail branch buildout for MyGeorgia CU, this time in Gainesville, Georgia. The Gainesville branch buildout will incorporate new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, furniture, finishes, and inclusion of a teller pod with TCR, updated ATM, and future back office space.
The new Clayton Branch for My Georgia CU opened this week and incorporates a stunning exterior wall mural by Rabun County native, artist Ali Wilkins with Ali Wilkins Designs.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. has broken ground at the new Saluda, SC location for Neighbors United FCU. Earth moving, soil compaction, and staking have all commenced with completion of site fill scheduled for this week, weather permitting. Rebar will arriving at the site shortly so formwork can be pursued.
CBI is proud to be working again with Neighbors United FCU and looking forward to Design+Build progress on other projects in the works as well.

Construction reaches the finish line at Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union Main Office in relocating their existing ATM kiosk and reworking the adjacent Teller lane driveway. Paving, striping, signage, and curbing are complete with landscaping, and final certificate of compliance to come this week as weather permits. Greatly appreciate the opportunity to work again with Bragg Mutual FCU and enabling them to better serve their members.
On a bright and spectacularly sunny afternoon, MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union celebrated the groundbreaking of its new Operations Center. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is excited for the continued collaboration with MidSouth on the iconic, 3-story, 22,400 square foot facility being created in Macon, Georgia near their current Main Office. With heavy machinery in route and staking underway, building construction on the new Center will progress in the coming months with an expected opening in mid-2025.
