Peach State FCU Awards CBI Tenant Build-Out Project

December 15, 2016

Peach State Federal Credit Union recently awarded CBI a tenant build-out project for a new, 1,700 sf branch which will be located in Oconee County.  Included in the branch will be two intelligent ATMs as well as two dialog towers.  “We have served this community since 2009, and know that a brick and mortar location in this area will make banking for these members more convenient. We envision this to be a ‘branch of the future’, featuring member service and business development representatives rather than a traditional teller line. Representatives will assist members in finding the products and services they need for their individual financial needs,” said Marshall Boutwell, President/CEO, Peach State FCU.

The credit union celebrated the branch opening today with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  The branch currently has seven student interns who operate the location with a branch manager. Students, teachers, and other staff members can make deposits, withdrawals, and use the ATM during their operating hours. The student interns have also developed a plan to educate all advisement classes on the differences between a credit union and bank, smart money management skills, and future career opportunities at Peach State Federal Credit Union. CBI was proud to partner with the credit union to design and build the branch.

Project Update: Community State Bank

October 10, 2016

CBI is in the design stage of the main office renovation project for Community State Bank. Plans include a complete interior and exterior renovation on both floors. The retail branch will be updated with lighting, furniture, millwork and technology.  We will replace and add windows throughout the space including in the lobby and community room.  A new awning-band, using the bank’s logo colors, will be constructed to enhance the bank’s brand image and to also provide protection from the weather to the bank’s customers. To further incorporate the brand, all of the original brick will be painted to match the new color scheme. A patio will be constructed over the drive-up canopy to enjoy the Florida weather.
