Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to create a prototype microbranch inside the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The interior build out will incorporate the Credit Union’s logo and color scheme, LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, and a two station teller pod with TCR. In addition, the floor plan will incorporate a private employee office and support work areas. New office furniture and a coffee bar in the Member waiting area will round out this renovation. Work will begin in October 2020 and will be ready for Member use in 2021 to start the year off strong. This new microbranch buildout follows a recent CBI collaboration with Bragg Mutual FCU’s Steve Foley, President/CEO and Jennifer Barwick, CFO to renovate the Main Office/Branch location and furniture updates.

CORE Credit Union has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to renovate their branch inside the North Main Street location in Statesboro, GA. The interior build out will incorporate the new prototype color scheme of the Credit Union generated for the recently completed Main Office in the Market District. New LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork and TCRs will be included. In addition, a coffee bar will be added to the lobby. New office furniture and a private closing room will round out this renovation. Work will begin in late summer and will take 3 to 4 weeks.

Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union’s planned Operations Center to be located in San Antonio, FL. This expanded campus will begin construction in fall 2020 and provides a vibrant and enjoyable environment for Members and employees alike. The efficient design will ultimately lower construction costs, while the integration of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on their investment. We are excited for the continued collaboration in building this timeless community fixture.

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union’s new branch in Warner Robins, GA is under construction and scheduled to be complete in the latter part of 2020. Mother Nature has been consistent with the rain, yet CBI persisted while strongly maintaining the State social distancing requirements.

The exceptional branch site is an out-parcel located near a major high traffic intersection in a rapidly growing commercial corridor. The efficient design ultimately lowers construction cost, and CBI is proud to be the Credit Union’s design-build partner.

Walton County Teachers’ Federal Credit Union, established in 1961, located in DeFuniak Springs, FL is a growing community charter credit union serving Walton County Florida school personnel and serving a variety of Walton County Florida community members. The board of directors has selected CBI as its partner to design and build a new branch in Paxton, FL as a strategic move to better serve its existing member base and to branch out into the Greater Walton County, Florida community.

The new branch site is on an out-parcel located on busy US Highway 331 a major high traffic area in the rapidly growing commercial corridor of Paxton, FL.  Consultants & Builders, Inc., based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, was selected to provide design services, architecture, interior design, engineering, furnishings, construction and equipment.
