As we emerge from the pandemic, subsequent material shortages, and product delays, Consultants & Builders, Inc. has completed the MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union Main Office second floor renovation ahead of schedule and under budget. Even with additional client scope and tweaks, CBI swiftly executed the interior buildout in Macon, GA.

Our collaborative scope included LED lighting, painting and accent walls, flooring upgrades, millwork, an expanded Boardroom with new furniture including a kitchenette/refreshment bar, breakroom and mailroom finish updates, office and restroom renovations, and audio visual upgrades. Much success and continued growth for MidSouth Community FCU.

CDC Federal Credit Union Selects CBI for Main Office Master Plan and Renovation

In concert with the ongoing Pro Energy Update of their Main Office, Atlanta, GA based CDC Federal Credit Union has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. for a third consecutive project. To create a multiphase Main Office Master Plan, CBI designers are collaborating with CDC FCU’s executives and employees to promote a more fulfilling work environment with additional focus on employee health and safety.

Thinking outside traditional architectural programming, CDC FCU desires to attract new talented employees while keeping current employee veterans engaged. Along with updating current furniture and finishes, the Credit Union plans include better virtual meeting spaces, a fitness area with locker rooms, private nursing and quiet rooms, an outdoor eating space and vending for social distancing, touchless water fountains, bathroom accessories & faucets, and flex offices that can be cleaned and maintained easily. Ultimately the partnership with CBI will create spaces that enable CDC FCU employees to feel secure while also remaining connected, innovative, and part of a fun work culture.

San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union’s new Operations Center in San Antonio, Florida is making great construction progress in spite of the challenges presented by pandemic related material shortages. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is excited for the continued collaboration with SACFCU on the 11,000 square foot facility being created adjacent to the Credit Union’s Main Office. The campus-like setting is convenient to members and employees alike and ultimately benefits the community as a whole.

With thoughtful and determined coordination during the pandemic, Consultants & Builders has completed the first new prototype branch for MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union. Located on a front parcel of a major local development in a rapidly growing commercial corridor of Warner Robins, GA., the branch incorporates classic Craftsman style architecture, the recognizable Credit Union’s logo and color scheme. Including a teller line with TCRs, private offices, conference room, drive-up lanes, and support work area, it is outfitted to better support the area’s growing residential and commercial base. This new branch echoes many of the details and furniture updates installed at the earlier Milledgeville branch renovation, as well as the planned renovations to the Credit Union’s Main Office in Macon. Much success and continued growth for a great MidSouth Community FCU team!

In the midst of a pandemic, with tactful coordination, Consultants & Builders has completed the first microbranch for Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union inside the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The prototype space, incorporating the recognizable Credit Union’s logo and color scheme, includes a two station teller pod with TCR, private office, and support work areas to better support the Medical Center’s growing employee base. This new microbranch echoes many of the details and furniture updates installed at the earlier Bragg Mutual FCU’s Main Office/Branch renovation. Much success and continued growth for Bragg Mutual FCU.

Atlanta, GA based CDC Federal Credit Union has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. for a second project with primary focus on their Main Office near Northlake Mall. Following a detailed complimentary assessment of their private commercial building, CBI recommended economical energy improvements that have historically proven to be environmentally responsible and provide a tangible return on investment. For CDC FCU, Consultants and Builders identified energy-saving opportunities, will pursue local, state and federal energy credits and rebates, aid in increasing CDC FCU’s  property value, and lower their ownership costs thru energy efficiency and maintenance savings. For employees and members alike, CDC FCU is able to further advance environmental stewardship and promote health & safety.

In spring/summer of 2021, CBI will also embark on CDC FCU’s first standalone, prototype branch adjacent to Northlake Mall as part of the development’s revitalization master plan. We look forward to further partnership with CDC Federal Credit Union and to years of continued growth and progress.
