CBC Bank of Valdosta Georgia has selected CBI as their Design partner for the renovation of 6,000 square feet at their Executive Administration Building on North Valdosta Road. The project design will provide office, meeting, and support spaces for enhanced executive and team member delivery of services, improved employee experience, and efficiency of operation. Total project scope includes the full interior design and finish selections, painting, flooring, new furniture, millwork, restroom finishes, as well as enhanced lighting. Chartered in 1929, CBC Bank expanded into Valdosta in 1990. We look forward to the collaborative efforts and long term relationship as CBC Bank continues to grow for enhanced customer service and satisfaction.

San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union has again partnered with Consultants and Builders, Inc. CBI is now in the design development stage to renovate the Credit Union’s existing Main Office and Zephyrhills branches.

The branch renovations will incorporate a similar interior design palette generated for the recently completed Ops Center. New LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, finishes, and teller pods with TCRs will be included as well as virtual meeting spaces, and flex offices that can be cleaned and maintained easily. Construction will begin in early to mid-2023 with the integration of new energy saving technologies, member services, and employee retention.

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union located in Macon, Georgia is partnering again with Consultants and Builders, Inc. The Operations Center project collaboration actually began in 2021 with CBI completing the due diligence package to secure a parcel of property near the credit union’s existing Main Office, which was renovated by CBI that same year.

The Ops Center is now in the planning and design stage and will include executive space, a conference room, training rooms, call center, branch support, marketing with storage, human resources, compliance, and card services to best serve members, along with new furniture, breakroom/kitchenette, audio visual upgrades, LED lighting, and an outdoor patio for employees. Construction will begin in 2023 and will likely take 10 to 12 months to construct. A timeless architectural prototype is desired by MidSouth with the integration of new energy saving technologies, proven organizational designs, and employee retention.

As the weather finally gave much of Florida a needed respite, San Antonio FCU enabled Consultants and Builders to take some well-deserved professional photographs of the interior and exterior of their new Operations Center.

Excitingly, SACFCU has again partnered with CBI. The next two projects will be focused on the renovation of their Main Office and Zephyrhills Branches. Echoing a strong vision of continued growth as well as service to its members and the community, the credit union invests in its future.

In conjunction with exterior Signage, parking, lighting, and landscape updates, Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for Trenton, Georgia’s Citizens Bank and Trust regarding the renovation of their existing Main Office and branch. The 1980’s original building has good structure and exterior scale, so the focus is primarily on creating a more centralized entrance to the location, a façade update, as well as interior finish and lighting upgrades.

The project will begin construction in late 2022, carry into early 2023, and provide a revitalized environment for employees and customers alike. CBI looks forward to the collaboration with Citizens B&T.

Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for Alabama ONE’s prototype Chantilly Branch in Montgomery, Alabama (see image), and the full renovation of their existing Northport Branch. Both locations will have drive-up ITM kiosks similar to models that have been implemented at other Alabama ONE branches. These projects will begin construction in late 2022 and carry into early 2023 and provide a vibrant and enjoyable environment for Members and employees alike. The efficient design will ultimately lower construction costs, while the integration of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on their investment.
