Tyler Williams, CEO/Owner

As President of Consultants & Builders, Inc., Tyler is personally involved with every project from concept to completion. Counting over 30 years of construction sales experience and the design and function planning of over 500 financial facilities to his credit, his industry knowledge and management skills ensure CBI projects are outstanding in both quality and results.

Jason Stein, President

As President of Construction at Consultants & Builders, Inc., Jason is responsible for all projects from conceptual planning through construction and warranty. In this capacity, he coordinates and manages constructability document review, cost and value estimating, subcontractor and supplier bidding, scheduling, quality control and purchasing.

Jason is an industry expert with over sixteen years of experience in multi-site supervision and management, site selection and evaluation, facility planning, project estimation, contractor and vendor selection, FF&E purchasing and procurement and quality assurance programs. This unique blend of skills helps Jason relate to our clients and understand how to manage a project that will not only be successful in the short term, but also provide a building that will sustain for years to come.

Scott Foerst, Senior Vice President, Design

As Senior Vice President of Design at Consultants & Builders, Inc., Scott oversees the entire design/build process. Acting as a direct liaison between architecture, interior design, and construction through all stages of facility development, Scott is a valued voice in guiding projects from start to finish. His excellent focus toward details and strategic yet tactical vision ensures each project is completed to the highest quality standards.  Scott holds a degree in architecture with architectural experience spanning the last 25+ years in design and construction.
