Consultants and Builders, Inc. has been chosen by Bank of Clarendon to design and renovate a full service banking office originally built in 2012 by the same firm for the bank in Sumter, South Carolina. During the original construction, the bank and CBI set aside square footage for a future second floor build out. The Board of Directors sees the need in 2020 for more room as the bank continues to grow. This space will now be maximized with a full staircase, offices, boardroom, dormers, new paint, carpet, and lighting while remaining open to the public.
Bank of Clarendon is headquartered in Manning, South Carolina with multiple branches to serve its customers. For more than 80 years, the bank has been an integral part of the communities it serves.
